Woman in her 30s suffered from chronic neck, back and shoulder pain secondary to the excessive weight of her breasts. She desired bilateral breast reduction for symptomatic relief. In addition she desired improved contour of her abdomen and flanks after having children. She underwent bilateral breast reduction with lipo–abdominoplasty. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her surgery
