A woman in her 30s who suffered from chronic neck, back and shoulder pain secondary to the excessive weight of her breasts presents for breast reduction. In addition she desired correction of her breast asymmetry along with improvement in her lateral chest/axillary contour with liposuction. The patient went bilateral breast reduction with liposuction of the axillary/lateral chest wall regions. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after procedure.
