Case-73522

Dr. Kilgo
Woman in her 30s had initially undergone a breast reduction in 2006, performed elsewhere. This was followed 7 years later by bilateral augmentation mastopexy with smooth round 240 cc silicone implants placed sub muscularly, also done elsewhere. After weight loss and pregnancy, she developed “waterfall” deformities along with lateral implant malposition. This was corrected by performing a revision mastopexy along with implant exchange utilizing 240 cc silicone implants and a dual plane along with mesh reinforcement. She required a minor revision several months later. Her postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her most recent procedure.
