Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 30s who had prior breast augmentation. She was found to have bilateral intracapsular ruptures. She was also unhappy with the appearance of her breasts given her bilateral waterfall deformities. She underwent removal of both implants with replacement and bilateral mastopexy. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after her procedure.
