Case-76748

Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s had undergone prior bilateral breast augmentation in 2014 elsewhere. She developed significant waterfall deformities bilaterally, which occur when the breast tissue falls over the surface of the implant. She also had implant malposition bilaterally with a double bubble deformity on the right. She required removal of her breast implants and placement of 455 cc smooth round silicone implants with significant pocket modification and an “internal bra” mesh reinforcement. The postoperative photos were taken over 1 year after her procedure and demonstrate a stable result.
