This patient, a woman in her 50s, had undergone previous breast augmentation surgery elsewhere. She desired smaller, more uplifted breasts. She underwent removal of her 375cc implants with placement of 325cc implants in the dual plane position along with a breast lift. The post-operative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her surgery.
