This patient, a woman in her 30s desired improvement of her abdominal, hip and lower back contour after pregnancy and weight loss. In addition, she desired fuller, more uplifted breasts without a breast implant. She underwent bilateral auto augmentation mastopexy with fat grafting to the breasts. In addition, she had 360 degree liposuction with an abdominoplasty. Her photos were taken approximately 5 months after her surgery.
