This patient, a woman in her 60s, lost over 100 pounds through a combination of bariatric surgery and GLP-1 medication. She was troubled by loss of breast volume with significant excess skin resulting in loss of breast shape. She underwent a staged breast lift followed by breast augmentation with 365 cc smooth round silicone implants placed in the dual plane position. Given her loss of skin support, and internal bra utilizing mesh was employed. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 weeks after her procedure.
