This patient, a woman in her 30s, suffered from chronic neck, back, and shoulder pain as well as painful stretch marks across both shoulders secondary to the excessive weight of her breasts. She also desired aesthetic correction of the fatty deposits under her arms. She underwent bilateral breast reduction with liposuction to the axillary/lateral chest rolls. Her postoperative photos were taken approximately a year after her surgery.
