Case-83159

Case-83159

Dr. Kilgo

This patient, a woman in her 20s, had severe breast asymmetry related to tuberous breast deformity. Her right breast was significantly smaller and had a higher inframammary fold. She had also lost a substantial amount of weight and had poor skin elasticity. She underwent mastopexy with dual-plane placement of silicone implants: 325 cc on the right and 285 cc on the left. The right inframammary fold was lowered and reinforced with absorbable mesh. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 1 year after surgery.
