This patient in her early 40’s had a prior chin implant placed years ago but was unhappy with the resulting chin definition and projection. She wanted a change to improve her outcome. I removed her prior silicone chin implant and placed a Medpor chin implant to better define her chin and maintain stability over time. Here she is before and 2 months after surgery. She also underwent a facelift and neck lift at the same time.
