Dr. Mattos
41 year old male who wanted to change the appearance of his nose. He was mostly bothered by his large dorsal hump and drooping tip. However, he wanted the changes to remain subtle and it was a priority for the outcome to still look like him and appear natural. He wanted the hump reduced and the tip slightly raised. He still has a very subtle and masculine hump and his tip aesthetics have also been changed slightly. Here he is a year and a half out from surgery and doing very well. He is ecstatic with his new nose. It fits his facial features perfectly. His scar is invisible.
