This patient in her early 40’s underwent face lift and neck lift to improve the aging of her face. She also had a prior chin implant placed, which was revised and made larger to improve her definition. Here she is 2 months after surgery, and you can see an improved jawline, neck contour, and chin definition. The lower half of her face, especially around the lips, can be seen softened and refreshed after surgery.
