Revision Rhinoplasty

Patient 159

Dr. Reish

A woman in her 50s, who had three previous rhinoplasties which left her with an over-projecting elongated nasal tip, drooping tip, hanging columella, dorsal hump, and nostril asymmetry. She is now 1.5 years post-op from revision rhinoplasty with tip elevation, nasal tip deprojection to shorten the overall length of her nose, improvement of tip symmetry, dorsal hump reduction, improvement of nostril symmetry, correction of alar retraction, creation of a tip defining point, and placement of a columellar strut graft and spreader grafts using MTF cartilage to add tip support, tip refinement, and improve her breathing.
