Patient 114

Dr. Reish
A teenage girl, 3 weeks post-op rhinoplasty. Dorsal hump reduction and nasal tip refinement performed. The patient had a drooping nasal tip preoperatively, and this was elevated during surgery. It is important not to elevate the tip too much, but just enough for a natural appearance of the nose. The overall goal is a conservative change to the nose for a natural looking result.
