Patient 221

Dr. Reish
A 17 year-old patient, two months post-op rhinoplasty. Prior to surgery, she had an overly up-turned and overly projecting nasal tip. She underwent a nasal tip deprojection and derotation. Maneuvers include extended spreader grafts to help derotate the tip, nasal tip deprojection, columellar strut graft, and alar contour grafts. The overall goal is a conservative change to the nose for a natural looking result which does not appear so up-turned and elongated.
