A woman in her 20s, 3 months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient desired a significant reduction in the overall size of her nose. She underwent dorsal hump reduction, tip elevation, and nasal tip refinement. The overall goal is a significant nasal tip refinement which does not droop when she smiles.
