A woman in her 30’s, 2 months post-op rhinoplasty. The patient had a drooping nasal tip, an over-projecting nasal tip resulting in an elongated appearance of her nostrils, and a dorsal hump preoperatively. She underwent dorsal hump reduction, nasal tip deprojection to shorten the length of her nostrils, nasal tip refinement, and tip elevation. The overall goal is a natural looking result which complements the rest of her face and does not droop when smiling.
