Patient 255

Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, 2 months post-op rhinoplasty. The patient had an over projecting nasal tip with an elongated appearance of her nostrils preoperatively. She desired a subtle shortening of her nostrils and overall nasal length. She underwent nasal tip deprojection to shorten her nostrils and nasal length, dorsal hump reduction, nasal tip refinement, and tip elevation. The overall goal is a natural looking result which complements the rest of her face.
