A woman in her 40s, 4 months post-op rhinoplasty. The patient had an overprojecting and elongated tip, a dorsal hump, and significant tip asymmetry preoperatively. She underwent dorsal hump reduction, nasal tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection to shorten the overall length of her nose, and alar contour grafts to help improve tip symmetry. The overall goal is a natural looking result which complements the rest of her face.
