Dr. Reish
A woman in her 30s, 3 months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a severe saddle nose deformity. She underwent total nasal reconstruction with MTF cartilage including bilateral spreader grafts, dorsal onlay graft, bilateral alar contour grafts, and a columellar strut graft. A mastoid fascia soft tip graft was used for tip refinement.
