Dr. Reish
A woman in her 30s, 6 months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a bulbous tip with thick skin, a slight dorsal hump, and a drooping tip. Dorsal hump reduction, tip debulking, and nasal tip refinement were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which is smaller in all dimensions and fits her face.
