Patient 726
Dr. Reish
A 16 year-old patient, 4 months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a dorsal hump, a bulbous tip, an over-projected elongated tip, and a drooping tip. Tip elevation, dorsal hump reduction, tip deprojection, and tip refinement were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which does not droop when smiling.
