Patient 750

Dr. Reish
A woman in her 30s, who had a previous rhinoplasty which left her with an over-projecting elongated nasal tip, over-rotated tip, dorsal hump, severe tip asymmetry, nostril asymmetry, and indented/collapsed dorsal aesthetic lines. She is now 8 months post-op from revision rhinoplasty with tip de-rotation, nasal tip deprojection to shorten the overall length of her nose, improvement of tip symmetry, dorsal hump reduction, correction of dorsal aesthetic line collapse, and placement of a columellar strut graft and spreader grafts using MTF cartilage to add tip support, tip refinement, and improve her breathing.
