Patient 85
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, 3 weeks post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had an overly-projecting and drooping nasal tip with septal deviation. Significant nasal tip de-projection was performed, along with tip elevation, dorsal hump reduction, columellar strut graft, and spreader grafts. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which is smaller in all dimensions and fits her face.
