Dr. Chang
20 year old complains of dorsal hump, droopy nasal tip, and nasal airway obstruction symptoms. He underwent a primary open functional rhinoplasty with refinement of dorsal hump, and cartilage grafts to stabilize nasal airways and nasal tip. The result is a masculine nose without feminizing it, and resolution of nasal airway obstruction symptoms.
