Dr. Kilgo
A young woman with severe congenital breast asymmetry. She underwent a two-stage procedure involving tissue expander placement on the left with a right mastopexy followed later by placement of silicone implants in both breasts. Most recently she had revision of her right mastopexy, a periareolar mastopexy on the left and bilateral implant exchange. The post-operative photos were taken approximately 6 weeks after her most recent procedure and 5 years after her initial procedure.
