Patient 2

Dr. Chang
17 year old female complained of bulge to left axillary area that slowly increased in size. She first noticed bulge after puberty and states tenderness with menstruation. This bra bulge/fat is actually accessory (extra) breast tissue that is visible between the armpit and bra. This patient underwent direct excision of her accessory breast tissue with a hidden scar under the armpit.
