Patient 72

Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s desired fuller, more uplifted breasts to create a more youthful appearance. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with partial submuscular placement of 340 cc silicone implants placed in the submuscular plane along with a breast lift. To minimize the risk of implant malposition, an absorbable mesh was utilized. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after surgery.
