This patient, a woman in her 20s, presented with constricted breasts characterized by high inframammary folds and prominent nipple areolar complexes. She underwent correction with auto augmentation mastopexy, the procedure that transfers the lower breast volume to the upper breast to provide more upper pole fullness.
