Dr. Chang
64 year old with left breast cancer, who previously underwent mastectomy with implant based reconstruction by another surgeon. She presented with capsular contracture and pain of her left breast implant. She underwent left capsulectomy and implant replacement (smooth round high profile silicone) with symmetrizing right reduction mammoplasty. She then completed her breast reconstruction revision with repeat tattooing of left nipple areolar complex.
