A woman in her 30s who previously underwent a breast augmentation with 325cc implants. She preferred to have a larger size. We increased her size to 385cc and placed galashape mesh to provide additional support and prevent “bottoming out” of the implants. Her photographs were taken 3 months after her procedure.
