Patient 27

Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, 3 weeks post-op rhinoplasty. The patient had a drooping nasal tip and dorsal hump preoperatively with an over-projecting and pointy nasal tip. She underwent dorsal hump reduction, nasal tip refinement, and tip elevation. This patient specifically wanted her pointy nasal tip more rounded, which is best demonstrated in the oblique view.
