The International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN) recently hosted its annual meeting in Chicago. Over 300 nurses from all over the United States were in attendance. ISPAN promotes the competency and education of the Plastic & Aesthetic Nurse by providing information on current trends, patient safety initiatives, and legislative updates.
Teresa Barroca, MSN, RN, CPSN, ISPAN-F, is LIPSG’s Director of Nursing and member of ISPAN’s Board of Directors. Teresa has been a co-chair of this annual forum, and this year she spoke on the topic of “The Do’s and Don’ts of the Behavioral Interview.” LIPSG is honored to have our nursing staff attend and contribute to this national organization that teaches and inspires others in the field.
