The patient is a 39-year- old woman with significant breast asymmetry who underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 385cc silicone implants placed below the muscle. She also required a peri-areolar mastopexy of the left breast. The post-operative pictures were taken approximately 1 year after her surgery.
