A man in his 20’s who has had gynecomastia on both sides of the chest for years. The gynecomastia was removed with a combination of direct excision and liposuction to contour the chest to match the rest of his body. Here is he is 3 months after surgery. The scars will continue to fade for up to a year after surgery.
