Dr. Reish
A man in his 20s, 2 weeks post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a dorsal hump and a drooping tip. The overall goal in surgery is a conservative change of his nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose. Drooping tip deformity was fixed and the dorsal hump was straightened. The result is a conservative change to the nose for a natural and subtle change.
