Patient 140

Dr. Reish
A woman in her 30s, 1 month post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a bulbous tip, wide alar base, and lack of dorsal and tip projection of her nose. Tip refining surgery, cartilage tip grafting, columella strut graft, and a dorsal cartilage onlay graft was performed to result in a more defined nasal tip and stronger dorsum of the nose. Alar base reduction was also performed. The overall goal is a natural appearance of the nose with improved definition.
