Dr. Reish
A 17 year old patient, 6 months post-op rhinoplasty. The patient had a drooping nasal tip, an overprojecting and elongated tip, and a dorsal hump preoperatively. She underwent dorsal hump reduction, nasal tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection to shorten the overall length of her nose, and tip elevation. The overall goal is a natural looking result which complements the rest of her face and does not droop when smiling.
