Patient 523

Dr. Reish
A woman in her 50s, 4 months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had an elongated overly-projecting nasal tip, a dorsal hump, and a drooping tip. Nasal tip de-projection, tip elevation, dorsal hump reduction, and nasal tip refinement were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which is smaller in all dimensions and fits her face.
