Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, one year post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had thick skin, a dorsal hump, a bulbous tip, extreme septal deviation, and a drooping tip. Tip elevation, dorsal hump reduction, tip debulking, septal reset, and tip refinement were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which does not droop when smiling.
