Dr. Reish
This is a woman in her 30s, one month post-op revision rhinoplasty and otoplasty. The patient had a previous rhinoplasty done by another surgeon which left her with a drooping nasal tip, hanging columella, and a dorsal hump. She underwent revision rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction, nasal tip refinement, and tip/columella elevation. She also underwent bilateral otoplasty during the same surgery. This surgery was performed by Dr. Reish and Dr. Ruotolo in combination together.
