A woman in her 30s positive for the BRCA genetic mutation underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy with direct to implant breast reconstruction with placement of smooth round 385 cc silicone implants and AlloDerm. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after her procedure.
