Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 30s who had previously undergone breast augmentation and min-abdominoplasty by another surgeon. She developed “waterfall” deformities and of the breasts which required revision with exchange of her implants and mastopexies. She underwent a full abdominoplasty with flank liposuction to correct her abdominal skin excess, rectus diastasis and adiposity of the flanks. Her photographs were taken 3 months after her procedure.
