Case-37187
Dr. Mattos
33 year old man who had difficulty breathing through his nose because of a deviated septum but also desired to get rid of the bump on top of his nose and raise his tip slightly. He wanted a subtle result that was still masculine in appearance and fit well with his facial profile. I corrected the deviated septum, removed the hump, and slightly raised the tip, while still preserving good tip projection and masculinity. Here he is a few months after surgery with his much improved result. Additionally, he had a plunging tip that would droop when smiling before surgery, and can now be seen staying in good position even when smiling.
