Case-45564

Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s who had previously undergone bilateral augmentation mastopexy. She presented with a capsular contracture on the left. In addition, she had enlarged asymmetric nipple areolar complexes. She desired a revision with smaller size implants and a revision mastopexy. She underwent removal of both implants, left capsulectomy, placement of 260 cc smooth round silicone implants and bilateral mastopexy. The post operative photos were taken approximately 2 months after her procedure.
