A woman in her 40s presented with a focus of DCIS and underwent bilateral mastectomy. This was followed by tissue expander placement (pictures not shown). After completion of her expansion, she underwent breast reconstruction with bilateral microvascular abdominal flap breast reconstruction. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 8 months after her procedure.
