The patient is a 39 year old woman with a strong family history of breast cancer who underwent bilateral prophylactic nipple sparing mastectomies followed by expander placement. She completed her second stage procedure, which involved placement of 425cc silicone implants, two months later. The post-operative photos are taken at one year.
