Patient 758
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 30s, four months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a dorsal hump, a bulbous tip, a deviated nasal tip, an over-projected elongated tip, and a drooping tip. Tip elevation, dorsal hump reduction, septal reset, tip deprojection, and tip refinement were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which does not droop when smiling.
