Breast Lift with Implants

This patient, a woman in her 40s, desired aesthetic improvement in her breasts and abdomen after pregnancy and weight loss. She underwent bilateral augmentation mastopexy utilizing 305 cc smooth round silicone implants placed in a dual plane position. She also had an internal bra procedure with placement of absorbable mesh to provide additional support and long-term stability. At the same time, she had an abdominoplasty to remove excess abdominal skin and tighten her abdominal muscles. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 4 months after her procedures.
