Patient 73

Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 20s with longstanding breast asymmetry secondary to tuberous breast deformity. She required bilateral asymmetric augmentation mastopexy. In order to correct her deformity, a circumareolar mastopexy was performed with placement of a 285 cc implant on the left. On the right, a circumvertical mastopexy with a 255 cc implant was performed. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 2 months after procedure.
