Patient 184
Dr. Mattos
31-year-old female with current 32A bra size who desired a fuller breast as well as to improve the shape of her breast, given her mild tuberous breast deformity. Her goal was something in the C range. After much discussion and sizing, she chose 325 cc implants to fill her frame to the desired size, which was done through an incision around the areola.
Here she is seen 2 months after surgery and already with an amazing change. Her breasts still have some swelling and will continue to look more natural as the swelling resolves and the implant settles in the pocket with time. The incision is nearly invisible and will be even harder to see once a year goes by.
